Table Plans

An absolute must! Your table plan or seating chart directs your guests to their allocated table easily. Every guest

will look at it so make it a statement! We LOVE creating table plans that reflect you as a couple - the quirkier and more personalised the better! We've made them on mirrors, barn doors, a kayak, handpainted acrylic, suitcases, stepladders, tractor tyres, pumpkins, wooden crates, a 6ft Batman (I kid you not), chalkboards and vintage maps.

We have a wide selection of frames, easels and props such as stepladders, suitcases, copper hangers and crates available to hire too.

Place cards & favours

Place cards are really useful as when your guests reach their table they guide them to their allocated seat. So many choices are available from traditional tent place cards, place tags to tie to napkins, cutlery or favours, bookmarks, pine cone holders, wine glass hangers, in log stands, personalised menu/place cards and favour and place card combinations (I do like to make things do two jobs!). Charity pins are brilliant favours and work well attached to your place card, or scrolls containing a scratch card, sweet bag or lottery ticket add a bit of excitement!

Table names, numbers & menus

While we will happily make table numbers, table names are another way of adding another layer of personality to your day. Think favourite music, places that have a special meaning, 'firsts' ( for example, where you first met, your first date etc), festivals, cow breeds (oh, yes we've done that too), Disney quotes, flowers from your bouquet...... have fun with them and tell your story!

Menus are useful as they let your guests know what lovely food to expect, we usually print these on the reverse side of your table name or number, making it do two jobs. We can incorporate a thank you message, I Spy or a quiz on them too.
